Shauna Hawthorne has been a full-time real estate professional since 2004 and has been a member of the leadership team at CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty since 2012. As Director of Career Development, she is passionate about helping individuals launch and grow successful real estate careers while supporting the continued growth of the company's offices throughout Washington and Oregon.

In addition to leading recruiting, career development, and real estate education initiatives, Shauna remains an active real estate broker, helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
